Related Questions to Address
Who owns Revo Restoration & Construction?
Revo Restoration & Construction is owned by Delmar Bennet, who founded the company in 2006. It remains family-owned and independently operated — not a franchise. He still estimates most jobs personally and walks active job sites, which means the person accountable for your project is the person who owns the company.
Is Revo Restoration & Construction licensed and certified?
Yes. Revo holds Georgia General Contractor license [00084060] and is an IICRC-certified firm, with technicians certified in [Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)]. We’re also EPA Lead-Safe certified and carry full general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We’ll provide a certificate of insurance before any work begins.
How long has Revo Restoration & Construction been in business?
Revo has been in business since 2006, backed by more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience. We’ve restored [X]+ homes and businesses across Marietta, Smyrna, and Cobb County. That construction background came first — we were builders before we were certified in restoration, which is why we handle the rebuild rather than referring it out.
What areas does Revo Restoration & Construction serve?
Revo serves Marietta, Smyrna, and the surrounding Cobb County communities, including East Cobb, West Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs, Austell, and Vinings. We typically arrive within [X] hours of your call, 24 hours a day. We’re locally based, so your emergency call reaches a crew nearby rather than a national dispatch center.
Does Revo Restoration & Construction handle both restoration and rebuilding?
Yes, and it’s the main thing that separates us. Because we’re a licensed Georgia general contractor as well as an IICRC-certified restoration firm, the same team that extracts water and dries your structure also rebuilds your drywall, flooring, and finishes. One contract, one project manager, one company accountable from the emergency call through the final walkthrough.
Is Revo Restoration & Construction a local, family-owned company?
Yes. Revo is family-owned, independently operated, and based in Marietta — not a franchise of a national restoration brand. We live in the communities we serve, which matters more than it sounds: we know which neighborhoods have the aging plumbing that fails without warning, what Georgia storm season does to roofs, and which streets flood.
Does Revo Restoration & Construction work with insurance companies directly?
Yes. We document the loss, prepare and submit the scope, negotiate with your adjuster, and bill your insurance carrier directly. Most of our services are covered, and in most cases you pay only your deductible. Because we handle mitigation and reconstruction in-house, your adjuster receives one coherent scope instead of competing estimates — a significant factor in whether claims get fully funded.
What makes Revo Restoration & Construction different from other restoration companies in Marietta?
Most restoration companies mitigate the damage and hand you off to a separate contractor for the rebuild. Revo does both in-house. That means no finger-pointing over what caused what, no waiting weeks for a new contractor to bid your job, and one project manager who knows your claim status without looking it up. One team, start to finish.
